Dear Sir,

We have your favour of the 10th inst. and beg to acknowledge receipt of formal receipt in duplicate for Frs. 20,600 which amount we remitted you the other way, for which we are much obliged.

As requested in the same letter, we beg to enclose sight draft in your favour for Frs. 300,000 with which please do needful and kindly give us formal receipt in duplicate as usual.

We shall be much obliged if you will give us receipt from the Musée Rodin when you have acquired articles for Mr. Matsukata and deposited them with the said Museum.
