We are in possession of your receipt in duplicate for our remittance of Francs 18000 on 19th November for account of Mr. Matsukata for which we thank you.

With reference to your letter of 30th October stating that you would let us have a receipt for 50,000 francs being the cost of two panels by Charles Cazin on completion of remittance in this connection, we beg to say that we have not so far received your receipt for same.
