My Dear Mr Zola,
I address you in time, so that you may know, that I desire to obtain from you, the right of sale of the book you intend writing on the Dreyfus affair. I am a former member of Legislature of the State of New York and will acquainted with influencial people, large houses Corporations I think, will be able to well introduce your work throughout the entire United States. Will you kindly give me your favorable consideration and furthermore being. I am in the best at present you may rest assured I will do justice to you and to your work. Awaiting your reply,
