My Dear Sir
I wish to thank you for the pleasure that I have had to reading you my intertaining & [mot illisible] romance “Wife beater” that I have found in the New York Papers. I have also taken great interest in your trial & having read the [mot illisible] the so called French justice courts and if [mot illisible] a man was condemned injustly since the trial of Jesus Christ, you are the man. I being a descendent from French Huguenots I take the liberty of saying so to you, I am a great believer of Truth and Justice and firmly believe & think truth & justice will come to the purpose in the future, and that you and Dreyfus will be justified.
I am your very truly
