My Dear Sir,
Comment is unnecessary. France is withening. In a former communication I stated that France has enemies in the army. "When a people become so blind they won't see ; the world discerns a place fot the "donkeys heads", and a degenerate nation is born to retard the progress of justice, truths, liberty, and goods.
